March 21, 2025
SageWest Health Care continues to invest in Fremont County’s well-being by supporting organizations that make a difference. Recently, SageWest CEO John Whiteside presented a $1,000 donation to Eagle’s Hope Transitions, a nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and support services to individuals in need.
The donation was gratefully accepted by Devin Anderson, Executive Director of Eagle’s Hope Transitions, and Shannon McCorley, a staff member at Eagle’s Hope. The funds will assist in providing essential resources, including shelter, food, and employment support, to help individuals transition toward independent living.
Eagle’s Hope, based in Riverton, provides a safe and supportive environment for those facing housing insecurity, helping them regain stability and independence. The organization relies on community support to continue its impactful work.
