From all of us at SageWest Health Care, we would like to wish the happiest of holidays to our friends, families, and neighbors in the Fremont County area, and especially the many of you who entrust us with your health and well-being.

In this season of giving and gratitude, we are incredibly grateful for your support of our facilities and incredibly fortunate to be able to give the gifts of hope and healing to those in need.

Thus far in 2024, SageWest has cared for more than 37,000 patients, managed more than 17,500 emergencies, and helped bring more than 180 babies into the world. As we like to say, that’s why we’re here.
